Vintage Kowa Spotting Scope

This has the same body as a Bausch & Lomb Balscope Sr. Which were made in the late 50's and early 60's. I have been looking at old spotting scopes for quite some time and have never run across an example like this. I have not run across any mention of Kowa making these for B&L, but they obviously did.
