BAUSCH & LOMB BALSCOPE Zoom 60mm SPOTTING SCOPE 15X-60X. United States Navy surplus (Decommissioned), vintage scope with signs of wear and heavy use. The dial with magnification numbers turns easily enough, however the blank black dial will not turn. I have used it for bird watching and it works very well.

The end of the scope is slightly warped/bent (doesn't appear to impact vision). Paint is chipped in several locations. Please carefully inspect the photos for the full condition of this scope, mahalo.
