Scope is technically used but in "new" condition. Any marks or spots you see on the glass are dust or smudge marks. There is a very small piece of dust inside the scope (see last photo). This in no way affects the performance. If you want to get rid of it, Zeiss Repair in Virginia will clean the scope for no charge. Caps for front element and viewfinder included. Case is in great shape.
