Vintage Heather's Spotting Scope With Tripod & Case Japan Gray Coated

Vintage Heather's Spotting Scope says D=60mm and N. O H66-0114 on the eye piece. Herter's 20x to 50x 60mm zoom spotting scope, telescope. Comes with metal lens cap and original brown leather case in nice condition.

The included tripod is capable of fine incremental adjustments. Optics are clean and clear. If there is a focus adjustment or zoom adjustment on the back of the scope I can't figure them out. The eye piece seems to not move.
