BUt there is no tripod included. If you will notice the same description is used on almost all the Vortex 11-33-50 items for sale. I bought the scope and the scope about a month ago and there was no tripod included.

That ad also incorrectly states that it is a 11-30x but actually it is 11-33x. This sale is for a like new scope still in the original box and included the scope, all caps and a case.
